A new project is called “Wall of Flowers“. It somehow grew by itself, after I had worked intensively for many years painting flowers under all possible aspects, using different materials and techniques.

In the course of this work I have come to the surprising conclusion that all these pictures (or a selection of them) can be combined into a new picture, a living carpet so to speak, with an unrepeatable pattern or, if you want, ornament.

Here I arrive at core of my idea, wich is simple but entirely new:

ONE CAN COMPOSE A WALL OF FLOWERS: FOR THAT; ONE ONLY NEEDS A PANEL (MADE FROM WOOD; LAMINATED OR NOT, FROM PLASTIC, STUCCO, CONCRETE OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL) AND A PLATE OF GLASS OF THE SAME SIZE. IN ADDITION TO THAT, MY PICTURES.

I have a large number of those pictures; they would suffice for a wall of almost 200 square feet. Size, proportion and pattern of the individual pictures can be chosen freely. Examples for a wall of 6 by 4 feet could look like this:

I believe that the idea of this project is quite understandable in a visual context.
